Weight Loss Journey!

Well I am beginning weight loss journey. Yesterday I created a chart to help me keep up with my calories, etc. I went ahead and ate as usal yesterday. I really didn't think it was that bad b/c I really didn't eat alot...but the calorie intake...INSANE! I just ate three basic meals and a snack. I didn't even eat alot at the more than the regular serving. All of that being it is..*gulp*..I ate OVER 3300 calories yesterday!!!!! YYIIKKEESS!!! I am just in shock. I really don't eat that much but this just goes to prove it is WHAT I eat that is so bad! It is aggravating b/c I know others that eat so much more. I just have to learn that MY body is different and I have to work hard to get it back to where it needs to be!! So here is my "before" picture:

We sure do miss you guys at ORRBC, but I understand you wanting to go where Baylee will be able to be around kids her age. I wanted to let you know that Eric and I have decided that if we get a boy, we want to name him Garrett in honor of Mr. P.C. and Mrs Katherine. We thought the world of them, and we miss them so much.
Good luck on your weight loss. Believe me, I know how hard it is. I am about to get started on the weight loss journey again myself.

Losing weight is more than dieting, it's a lifestyle change...and one I am having a hard time changing. I want to loose at least 20 lbs..doesn't sound like much but, oh my, it's easier said than done. I found a cooking blog that uses Weight Watchers points as part of their meal planning. I encourage you to visit it and see if helps you with this journey. I'm trying to follow a few of the suggestions. Good Luck.
